Remote Performance Assessment
This 45-minute, 1-on-1 virtual assessment is the essential first step for serious athletes and lifters ready to maximize their potential and eliminate plateaus.

Weekly Programming Updates: Your plan evolves as you do. We provide fresh exercise updates every week to ensure continuous progress.

Dedicated 1:1 Remote Coaching Calls (30 Minutes)
Our remote coaching calls provide the personalized attention you need to master every movement and stay accountable.
- Bi-Weekly Check-in: Every two weeks for a great balance of hands-on coaching and independent training. You will fill out a check-in questionnaire before each call so that we can maximize our time together.
During every 30-minute call, we will:
- Review Your Form: Watch you perform key exercises to provide real-time assessment and ensure you are on track to crush your goals.
- Discuss Your Progress: Address challenges, celebrate wins, and adjust the program based on your feedback.
- Set Future Goals: Discuss strategic adjustments for continued success.

Dry Needling:
We combine the relief of dry needling with targeted electrical stimulation (E-Stim) to maximize your results in a single, powerful treatment session. Included at no additional cost as part of your performance plan.
What to expect:
Dry Needling: A thin, sterile filament needle is gently inserted into hyper-irritable muscle knots (trigger points) to reduce pain, improve blood flow, and release tension.
Targeted E-Stim: Once the needles are placed, a small electrical current is applied. This deep, painless pulse enhances the effects of the needling, further calming the muscle, promoting healing, and interrupting pain signals.
The Critical Next Step (The “Reset”): We don’t stop there. After the needling and E-Stim, your therapist will guide you through specific corrective exercises and stretches.
