Duration: Up to 90 minutes of uninterrupted, one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength Coach.

Walk Out with a Plan: You won’t just be diagnosed; you’ll leave with a clear, personalized roadmap, including a transparent plan for your follow-up visits.
Post-Visit Video Recap: Receive a personal video summary of your diagnosis, homework and plan from your PT to ensure perfect execution at home and full understanding from our visit.

Strength Chasers: Remote Training Community
Overview
Strength Chasers is a structured strength and performance system designed for individuals who want clear direction in the gym without the guesswork of self-programming or constantly changing workouts.
This is not physical therapy, and it is not individualized clinical care. It is a performance-based training service built around progressive overload, consistency, and long-term adaptation delivered through an app experience.
All programming is delivered digitally through the TrainHeroic App and is designed to provide a repeatable framework for building strength, improving movement capacity, and developing training consistency over time.
Who This Is For
This system is designed for individuals who want structure, accountability, and progression in their training.
It is a good fit if you:
- Want a clear, organized training plan to follow each week
- Prefer structured progression over random workouts
- Are transitioning from rehab into strength training
- Want to build consistency without overcomplicating programming
- Train independently but want professional-level structure
It is not designed for individuals looking for constantly changing workouts, entertainment-based fitness content, or unstructured training guidance.
Program Structure
All training within the Remote Community is organized into structured blocks to maximize adaptation and performance progress.
6–8 Week Training Blocks
Each program runs in 6–8 week cycles. During this period, the core exercise structure remains consistent to allow for skill development, neuromuscular adaptation, and progressive overload.
Rather than frequently changing exercises, progression is achieved through controlled manipulation of:
- Load (weight)
- Repetitions
- Sets
- Tempo
- Rest periods (when appropriate)
This structure is intentional. Strength and performance adaptations are built through repeated exposure to stable movement patterns, not constant exercise variation.
Training Options
You can choose from one of three structured weekly training splits depending on availability and recovery capacity:
- 3-Day Program: foundational strength and general fitness
- 4-Day Program: balanced strength and hypertrophy focus
- 5-Day Program: higher frequency strength and performance emphasis
Each version follows the same principles of progressive overload and structured block design, adjusted for total weekly training volume.
Weekly Updates
Programs are not random or fully rewritten each week.
Instead, updates occur on a weekly basis within each training block to adjust variables such as:
- Repetition ranges
- Load progressions
- Intensity targets
- Accessory volume adjustments
- Small refinements based on progression trends
This ensures the program evolves without disrupting the long-term adaptation process.
Equipment Requirements
The Remote Training Community is designed for use in a standard gym environment.
Most programs assume access to:
- Dumbbells and barbells
- Cable machines or equivalent resistance options
- Basic squat and pressing equipment
However, each exercise programmed will have an at-home option to swap that requires only dumbbells and exercise bands!
Access & Delivery
Upon enrollment, you receive access to the current training block and all associated programming materials through a digital platform called TrainHeroic.
If a free trial is offered, it is provided and managed through a third-party subscription system. Trial access and billing transitions are governed by that platform, and it is your responsibility to manage cancellation prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Custom Exercise Selection: Every exercise, set, and rep is tailored to your fitness level and specific objectives (strength, endurance, fat loss, etc.).
Weekly Programming Updates: Your plan evolves as you do. We provide fresh exercise updates every week to ensure continuous progress.
Complete Guidance: Each workout includes detailed instructions, recommended sets, reps, and high-quality video demonstrations for every single exercise.
Constant Communication: You will have access to your coach at all times through direct communication via the TrueCoach app. Utilize this to check-in on form and ask any and all questions regarding your plan and exercise programming.
Dedicated 1:1 Remote Coaching Calls (30 Minutes)
Our remote coaching calls provide the personalized attention you need to master every movement and stay accountable.
- Bi-Weekly Check-in: Every two weeks for a great balance of hands-on coaching and independent training. You will fill out a check-in questionnaire before each call so that we can maximize our time together.
During every 30-minute call, we will:
- Review Your Form: Watch you perform key exercises to provide real-time assessment and ensure you are on track to crush your goals.
- Discuss Your Progress: Address challenges, celebrate wins, and adjust the program based on your feedback.
- Set Future Goals: Discuss strategic adjustments for continued success.

Dry Needling:
We combine the relief of dry needling with targeted electrical stimulation (E-Stim) to maximize your results in a single, powerful treatment session. Included at no additional cost as part of your performance plan.
What to expect:
Dry Needling: A thin, sterile filament needle is gently inserted into hyper-irritable muscle knots (trigger points) to reduce pain, improve blood flow, and release tension.
Targeted E-Stim: Once the needles are placed, a small electrical current is applied. This deep, painless pulse enhances the effects of the needling, further calming the muscle, promoting healing, and interrupting pain signals.
The Critical Next Step (The “Reset”): We don’t stop there. After the needling and E-Stim, your therapist will guide you through specific corrective exercises and stretches. This crucial step takes advantage of the newly relaxed, pain-free muscle tissue to retrain the muscle’s movement pattern and ensure the relief lasts.
