REFUND POLICY
Please review this Returns and Refund Policy in its entirety prior to making any purchase of products, digital materials, memberships, or services offered through www.upperedgephysio.com (the “Site”). The Site and all associated Content are owned and operated by Upper Edge Physio, LLC.
By completing a purchase through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, this Policy sets forth the exclusive terms governing returns, cancellations, and refunds.
For the purpose of this Return & Refund Policy:
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “I”, or “Our” refers to Upper Edge Physio, LLC, including its website and the contact email upperedgephysio@gmail.com.
- “Content” means any and all materials made available on the Site in any format, including written, visual, audio, or video content. This includes, without limitation, emails sent by or on behalf of Upper Edge Physio LLC, materials hosted on www.upperedgephysio.com, and any and all written or Downloadable material Purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered on http://www.upperedgephysio.com, such as graphics, designs, documents, information, templates, and digital materials.
- “Purchase”, “Purchased”, “Purchasing”, “Download”, or “Downloading” refers to any transaction or action in which you obtain access to Content, Courses, Services, and/or Products from the Site. This includes both paid acquisitions and any instance where materials are saved, copied, transferred, or stored on a device, server, cloud service, or other digital system.
- “Personal Information” means data that can identify an individual either directly or when combined with other information. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or geographic location.
- “Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products” means any online, remote, or digital offerings provided by Upper Edge Physio LLC all associated offerings, including pages, subpages, Content, email communications, social media content, videos, coaching services, group programs, courses, guides, eBooks, worksheets, forms, templates and related offerings. Services expressly exclude Physical Therapy Services (as defined below).
- “Physical Therapy Services” means licensed physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment provided in-person (not virtual, remote, or online) by Upper Edge Physio LLC within a formal clinical setting and in accordance with applicable state laws. Physical Therapy Services are not provided through the Site or any online, remote, or digital platform.
- “Site” means www.upperedgephysio.com, including all webpages, subpages, sections, and any remote, virtual, or online Content accessible through the domain or its associated platforms.
- “You” or “Your” refers to any individual, user, or customer who accesses, browses, interacts with, or makes use of the Site in any capacity.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS, TRIALS, AND MODIFICATIONS
All purchases of Courses, Services, memberships, and digital Products are final at the time of transaction. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.
Certain offerings may include a limited-time promotional trial period, such as a 7-day free trial (“Trial Period”). Where applicable, Trial access is provided and administered through a third-party platform or payment processor. You acknowledge and agree that all trial-related functions, including activation, billing conversion, renewal timing, and cancellation mechanisms, are subject to the systems and terms of such third-party provider(s), in addition to this Refund Policy.
It is your responsibility to review all applicable trial terms prior to enrollment. Unless properly cancelled prior to the expiration of the Trial Period in accordance with the third-party platform’s instructions, your access will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will commence immediately upon trial expiration. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel prior to the end of the Trial Period.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERINGS
All purchases made through the Site are considered final and are not eligible for refund once completed, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company. This applies broadly to all Courses, Services, memberships, digital Products, and related offerings made available through www.upperedgephysio.com.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following categories of offerings are expressly non-refundable in all circumstances once access has been granted or services have commenced: Strength Chasers membership and any associated programming or content; all 1:1 coaching, consulting, or rehabilitation-related services once initiated or delivered; all digital materials, including but not limited to guides, programs, templates, and downloadable resources; all webinars, workshops, and online or recorded educational content; and any other virtual or in-person service provided by Upper Edge Physio, LLC.
For clarity, payment is deemed fully earned and non-recoverable upon delivery of access to digital content or commencement of services, regardless of the extent of usage, participation, or engagement by the purchaser.
Strength Chasers Subscription
Strength Chasers is a recurring subscription-based service providing access to structured training, educational materials, and related resources. Due to the immediate grant of access upon enrollment and the ongoing nature of delivery, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
Unless cancelled prior to the applicable renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis. It is solely your responsibility to manage cancellation through the applicable third-party billing platform prior to renewal. Failure to do so will result in continued billing, and no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Where a promotional Trial Period is offered, including but not limited to a 7-day free trial, such access is provided and administered through a third-party system. Upon expiration of the Trial Period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial in accordance with the third-party provider’s cancellation procedures. The Company bears no responsibility for failure to cancel through such systems.

1:1 Coaching & Rehabilitation Services
All 1:1 coaching and rehabilitation services are non-refundable once any portion of services has been delivered or access has been granted. This includes, without limitation, consultations, programming, communication, or any form of individualized service delivery. Any unused prepaid services must be used within the agreed service period and will be forfeited upon expiration of that period.
Digital Products and Educational Materials
All digital products, programs, and downloadable materials are delivered instantly upon purchase and are therefore strictly non-refundable. Access to such materials constitutes full delivery of the product, regardless of whether the content is downloaded, viewed, or utilized.
No Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstance based on dissatisfaction, lack of perceived results, failure to engage with the material, personal scheduling conflicts, changes in circumstance, or subjective evaluation of program complexity, structure, or content.
4. EXCHANGES
All sales are final. The Company does not offer exchanges, substitutions, or replacements for any Courses, Services, memberships, or digital Products once purchased. All offerings are considered unique and non-transferable upon access.
5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER AND TESTIMONIALS
Any testimonials, feedback, or examples displayed on the Site are provided solely for illustrative purposes. While we strive to ensure they are genuine and accurately represented, they are not intended to guarantee, predict, or imply that You will achieve the same or similar results. These examples should not be interpreted as guarantees, promises, or assurances of any specific outcome.
There is no guarantee that you will achieve the same results, or any particular level of success, from using our Products, Programs, and/or Services. Past outcomes do not predict or ensure future performance.
Your results are dependent on a variety of individual factors, including your own effort, consistency, circumstances, and adherence to recommendations. Accordingly, we do not guarantee any specific health, performance, or other outcomes, and we disclaim any liability for your success or failure in connection with the use or non-use of our Products, Programs, and/or Services.
